Choosing the right products for your skincare and beauty routine can be personal. We offer a hassle-free refund policy for all unopened and unused products. Our refund policy for cold-process soap and natural beauty products is as follows:

Unopened and Unused Products: If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund. The product must be unopened and in its original packaging.

Exclusions: We are unable to offer refunds for products that have been opened or used, as per our hygiene and quality assurance standards. This includes cold-process soap, as it is a consumable item.

Return Process: To initiate a return, don’t hesitate to get in touch with our customer service team at info@delicios.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization number.

Shipping: We will cover the cost of return shipping for unopened and unused products only. Please use a traceable shipping method and retain your tracking information for our records.

Refund: Once we receive your returned item and confirm that it meets our refund criteria (unopened and unused), we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Exceptions: In the event of an exception to this policy, such as manufacturer defects or errors on our part, we will provide a full refund or replacement, as per your preference, and cover the cost of return shipping.
